My name is Marvin and I own a small eating place in a little suburb just outside Sydney. My restaurant opens from 4pm to 10pm, 6 nights a week and for this kind of work hours I do fairly well. I am also the chef and I hire 2 waitresses an evening to help me. The waitresses usually are university college students who are searching for extra earnings, mostly Asians pupils and most of them are quite pleasant. Five months ago a student from Thailand, Nina, started being employed by me. She had accomplished her degree four months ago majoring in English and right now waiting for her fiancée to finish his before they both return.
