My name is Douglas and I operate a small eating place in a little suburb basically outside Sydney. My restaurant opens from 4pm to 10pm, 6 evenings a week and for this kind of work hours I do well. I am also the chef and I hire 2 waitresses per night to help me. The waitresses are generally university college students who are looking for extra earnings, mostly Asians pupils and many of them are quite friendly. Five months back a student from Thailand, Nina, started being employed by me. She had completed her degree two months ago majoring in English and now waiting for her fiancée to complete his before they both get back to Thailand at the end of his ending semester.
